no, they’re actual 3d models. arcsys just designed them in a way that makes them look like the sprites from the older Guilty Gears, like using choppy animations with smear frames
also something neat
Potemkin’s model, as seen in game
the same model, but without the super anime shaders turned on
I’m not like a super huge guilty gear fan, but i cant not give their animators props. it’s a beautiful game, and its fucking insanely, fluidly animated. I’m a big fan of smearing in animation, and to see it used so eloquently in 3D animation is really inspiring and exciting.
the newest chapter was pretty cool! looks like we get a mini arc to start off, and its pretty interesting so far! a bit more insight into the quirks of class B and we got to see some Shinso upgrades!
the biggest surprise though….
WAS THAT MINA SHIPS MIDMIGHT!!!
ohh that loveable shipper scamp, whatever will she come up with next XP
i can totally imagine her performing songs from the musical Annie. she would be too shy to get on stage and sing alone, so professor aizawa (even though musicals aren’t really his thing) would get on stage and sing it with her (as Oliver Warbucks of course)!
she’d love singing ‘Tomorrow’ because it’s such a hopeful song after what she’s been through with chisaki. then she and aizawa would do a duet to ‘I Don’t Need Anything But You’. in the end, when she goes to live in the UA dormitories, class 1A and the big three would totally get all dressed up and sing ‘I Think I’m Gonna Like It Here’ to welcome her to her new home as aizawa’s adopted daughter. :’)
The map flag had the same color scheme as the pan flag and now they’re switching to the bi flag
If you see anyone with this flag or any variation
Run
Don’t fucking hesitate to block because pedos are now using this new “flag” and other forms of it
Can I get a signal boost from larger accounts? Start tagging people so this will spread
this is especially important for you kiddos following me, if you see someone with this flag on their blog, DON’T interact with them. don’t even try to pick a fight with them, its not worth risking your safety over. please stay safe..
i do not know a SINGLE person, not even out of my friends, not even out of the most woke people on this damn site, that only likes unproblematic things. every single one of us likes something that’s fucking garbage. so some of y’all can climb down off your high horses and stop competing for the “least problematic” award honest to god.
This is a callout for the entire Boku No Hero Academia fandom. Learn to tag your shit on AO3 properly dammit!
Relationship: The main ships. Ships that are a significant part of the story. If the ship is just mentioned or implied and not a big part of the story DO NOT TAG IT!
Example: Your fic is Tododeku but in the course of the story someone mentions or implies that Kirishima and Bakugou are dating.
You do not tag the story Kiribaku. The story isn’t about Kiribaku and if a shipper clicks on your story expecting Kiribaku they are going to be disappointed.
You have no idea how many times I’ve seen Erasermic tagged in a fic and literally the only thing about them is someone says they’re married. That’s it. Sometimes Mic isn’t even in the story.
Characters: The main characters. Characters that play a significant, staring role in your story. If a character is just mentioned or just says a line or two they are not a main character. DO NOT TAG THEM.
Example: Uraraka is looking for Midoriya and asks Tsuyu if she’s seen him. Tsuyu says she doesn’t know.
If that is the only mention of Tsuyu in the story, do not tag it Tsuyu. The story isn’t about Tsuyu and if someone is looking for a story with Tsuyu in it, they are going to be disappointed.
This happens so much to Aizawa. You have no idea. I am five pages deep in the Aizawa Shouta tag and I have come across 7 (seven!) stories where Aizawa actually plays a role in the story and in about half of those he’s still not even the main character. That’s 7%. Only 7% of the fics tagged Aizawa Shouta actually have Aizawa in it. Finding gen Aizawa fics is a nightmare.
Additional Tags: Everything else. You can also put minor characters or ships here if they play a part in the story but are not the focus using: Implied/Minor [SHIP] or Minor [CHARACTER] tags. Also all trigger warnings go here. Plus anything else you want.
Protip: If there is something triggering in your story but you don’t want to include it in the tags due to it spoiling a plot twist in your fic or something you can use the CHOOSE NOT TO USE ARCHIVE WARNINGS.
“Free market” capitalism does NOT care about raging forest fires, it does not care about endangering firefighters, it does not care about people dying due to lack of healthcare insurance. Unregulated capatilism cares only about making profits, apparently at any and all costs.
I see sooo many posts showing support for those who have abusive or absent fathers so here’s one for those of you whom have mentally ill mothers who didn’t raise you right because they couldn’t.
This is for you, the ones with moms that suffer from bpd, ptsd, anxiety, depression, addiction, etc. The mothers that always go out, and the ones that never leave the house. I’m sorry she kept you sheltered growing up because she’s afraid of the world. I’m sorry for every name she ever called you out of anger and all the crying fits she made you feel responsible for. For all the times she scolded you for buying the wrong thing or not putting the dishes away correctly. I’m sorry you had to listen to her as she screamed at you at the top of her lungs as you begged her to leave you alone. I’m sorry you can’t open up to her. I’m sorry she can’t see what a blessing you are. I’m sorry she can’t be proud of you no matter how hard you’re trying, but I am. I’m proud of you.
You’re doing great, and you deserve to be happy and to be supported. It isn’t your fault that she is the way she is and you can’t fix her. Whether she refuses medication or abuses it, it’s not your fault. When you start to notice her illness rubbing off on you, it’s not your fault.
You’re more than good enough and it’s going to be okay. I promise.
My stories will bore some readers. Some readers will hate them. Some won’t understand, won’t connect the dots, won’t relate to the characters. Some won’t because they can’t, some won’t because they don’t want to, but most won’t simple because my stories just aren’t for them.
My stories aren’t for everyone.
My stories are for me.
And they’re for the readers who will love them. They’re for the reader who have already loved them. For the readers who will see what I see in them and feel the characters and the world the way I do. They’re for the readers who wanted these stories before they even knew they existed. They’re for the readers they’ll make smile, the readers they’ll stick with, and the readers they’ll save.
And just because my stories aren’t for everyone doesn’t make them worth any less to the people they are for.
Not everyone likes butterflies. Not everyone likes spiders. But the people who love those creatures more than anything else would lose a part of themselves if they didn’t exist.
So no, my stories are not for everyone. But that doesn’t matter.
Because they’re for someone, and to that someone, they’re irreplaceable.
