I’ll go ahead and assume you mean the recent kiss prompt list I reblogged! Haha. If not, well, at least you got some fluffy smooching!
4. The characters have been holding hands for a long time, thinking about wanting to kiss each other.

‘De~ku~’
Izuku stopped in the hallway. His nickname, formerly used in degradation, always sounded so sweet on her lips. It wasn’t the affection in her voice that pulled him to a stop, though. It was the fact that he hadn’t heard that voice in over a week. Fending off the first sign of a blush, he clapped a hand onto his cheek and spun around to face her.
Ochako waved a hand over her head, grinning that same grin that set his heart into a flutter, and skipped her way towards him. She was in good spirits. He was glad. After the recent influx of villain activity led to an attack near her home, Ochako had taken leave in order to protect her family. According to the news, the villains had simply been passing through the area, but had caused enough chaos to leave the citizens trembling with fear.
Seeing Ochako smile meant that her parents were safe and happy. That, to Izumi, was a relief on his burdened heart.
‘How was your visit?’ he asked. ‘Your parents okay?’
Ochako took his hands into her own. ‘They’re fine.’
‘You’re back sooner than we expected,’ he said.
‘Yeah…’
Izuku averted his gaze. She’d gotten prettier in her time away, if that were at all possible. She seemed lighter, somehow. As though a massive weight had been lifted off her shoulders.
He remembered the way she’d been in class before announcing her leave – distracted, slumped over her desk, sighing in a manner not at all like the ever-smiling Ochako he knew. But, then, even Ochako had her limits. No one could be expected to smile all the time. He’d learned that from All Might himself.
‘Are you sure everything’s fine?’ he asked. He’d learned the hard way the consequences of letting his friends suffer in silence. He wouldn’t let anyone else slip through his fingers and almost die because he didn’t try harder to understand their feelings. ‘You seem a little…’
‘Did you miss me?’ she asked, deflecting the topic.
Izuku glanced at their hands. ‘Yeah,’ he said. ‘We all did.’ Lifting his gaze back to hers, Izuku offered a small smile. ‘I took notes during class for you. I left them with As–Tsuyu.’
‘Thank you.’ Ochako’s smile touched her eyes. ‘Thank you for everything, Deku.’
Warmth tingled down the back of Izuku’s neck. ‘What did I do?’
‘You’re always supporting me,’ she said. Her smile faltered. ‘But now, I’m not going to let you protect me anymore.’
Izuku could only stare at her.
‘That is to say…I’m going to surpass you, Deku! So just watch!’
Izuku’s smile widened to show teeth. ‘Yeah! I won’t go easy on you!’
Ochako’s laughter filled his heart with joy. She held his gaze for the longest time, luring him deep into her warmth. And then she closed the distance between them to place a soft kiss on his lips.
Taking a step back, Ochako patted her flushed cheeks and gave him a wide grin. The happiness glowed in her eyes, casting away all of his worries. All of his doubt.
‘That’s weird,’ she said. ‘I feel a little dizzy.’
Izuku glanced at the floor with wide eyes, then up at Ochako, who was floating a good few inches off the ground.
‘Uh, Ochako….’ he said, pointing at her feet. ‘You’re doing it again.’
