Aizawa low key dotes on Eri and he thinks he’s subtle but Everyone™ knows and helps him out.
Tokoyami intentionally leaves limited sale magazines open on pages that advertise apples in the teacher’s lounge. The very next day Aizawa comes back to campus with bags filled with apples.
Bakugou always screams about making too much curry, barges into the teacher’s lounge without permission, and shoves it in their faces. It’s always the perfect amount for the both of them and caters to their tastes individually; mildly spicy for Aizawa and sweeter curry for Eri.
Koda’s bunny always seems to manage to “escape” from his room and has a “habit” of visiting Eri in her dorm. Aizawa’s warned him about keeping an eye on his pet, but he never goes through with his threats when he sees how happy Eri looks playing with the rabbit.
On some nights Uraraka sneaks Eri out of her dorm and takes her to her secret star gazing spot on campus. Aizawa always follows them in the shadows to make sure that they’re both safe.
Eri loves Jirou’s music ever since the school festival so Kaminari and Jirou intentionally speak super loud in class to let Aizawa know when and where they practice together in private. Aizawa always seems to be in the area with Eri because of some “hero business” so he leaves Eri in their care while he finishes his “errands”.
The entire UA staff drags Aizawa and Eri to the mall to pick out clothes and toys for her. They all scatter in a department store for ten minutes to find an outfit and then meet back up to vote on the best fit for Eri. Aizawa thinks it’s stupid and illogical, but he stays anyway and makes sure that Eri is comfortable and also likes what his coworkers pick out for her.
