Bad news guys, >=

Apparently My Girlfriend is a T-Rex only has two volumes….

Figures, the one time I find a Manga that caters to one of my super specific interests, it only has 27 fucking chapters.

Typical xV

my friend is going back to Ukraine to continue his medical studies, so we spent the day hanging out, buying comics/manga and watching a movie (Christopher Robin, if you wanna know, charming movie!)

It was a bunch of fun but I’ll miss him :,D

Speaking of manga, did you know there was a manga called “My girlfriend is a T-rex”?

Because there is! I saw it and had to buy it, couldn’t find the first volume but I couldn’t just leave it there no could I?

God bless those crazy Japanese :,D

I like people that are emotionally honest.

I like people that get ticked off and make no bones about it. They may not shout and scream and rage at everyone around them, but if you piss them off you will know about it.

I like people that aren’t ashamed about admitting that they’re happy about something. Characters that have unabashed smiles and that snort when they laugh without a care.

I like people that are open about their affection. That aren’t afraid to hug and kiss and loudly yell how proud they are with people they care about.

Emotional honesty has always been a thing I valued, I always considered “wearing their heart on their sleeve” a compliment. If you’re honest and kind, and mean no harm to anyone, you shouldn’t be afraid of expressing yourself to others.

The only way people can harm you with your own emotions is if you’re ashamed of them yourself, and you shouldn’t be.

….I haven’t figured out how to do that all the time, to put myself out there, but I’ve been trying for a long time, to tell people if they made me happy, to tell them if something they said upset me in some way. Because nothing can be gained by closing yourself off from others, doing that is a very slowest death you can inflict on yourself.

If you feel something, if something is thumping at the back of your head, don’t choke it down, let it out.

Emotions hurt no one. What you do with those emotions most certainly can, but that is solely up to you.

don’t know where this came from i just…yeah okay

HEADS UP

From September 5th to the 19th I will be in Spain with my folks:D So I probably won’t be posting as often as usual during those two weeks, not to mention being generally unavailable, so keep that in mind 😀

Komi from “Komi-san has a communication disorder” has Asperger’s Syndrome and that is a fact because if she didn’t the last few pages of chapter one wouldn’t have made me cry like a complete baby.

If you don’t think Daisuke Ishawatari is the biggest Queen fanboy on the planet, listen to the song “Lily” from Guilty Gear -SIGN- and then look me in the eye and tell me that song doesn’t sound like the Drama Queen himself didn’t write it

The more I listen to “Birthday Train” the more it hits how fucking ridiculous it is.

Not that the song itself is all that out there, it’s kinda of a sad/hopeful song about love and longing and missing someone you haven’t seen in years but want to find again, it’s a really sweet song.

The problem with it is that it’s from Guilty Gear. A game series made by a guy who loves rock and roll more than pigs love rolling in shit. Forget the music, which is almost exclusively headbanging heavy metal of the high degree, the whole aesthetic of the series is out of a Metallica or Def Leppard album, all leather straps and bright angry colors and wings and demons and skull and cross bones (and just plain crosses) and explosions, it pretty nutty.

And then you have “Birthday Train”, which is a song so 80′s sitcom its actually a little absurd.

I wanna know what Daisuke was thinking when he wrote this song, it must have been hysterical.
